Partnership development · pre-revenue

Long work, done in the right order.

Adventure Sports Parks develops destination adventure resorts in partnership with tribal nations. I work business development. Nothing is built and nothing is open — this is the phase before that, and it is measured in years.

What the work actually is

Resort development on tribal land is a partnership with a sovereign nation, not a real estate transaction with a landowner. That single fact sets the pace of everything: you earn the meeting, you show up to the next one, and you do not get to skip a step because a timeline would look better with fewer of them.

  • Precision over volume — a small number of serious conversations, carried properly, instead of a pipeline of pitches.
  • The partner's terms — the nation decides what belongs on their land and on what schedule. My job is to be a good counterparty, not to move them faster.
  • Real numbers when there are real numbers — feasibility, financing and design have to hold up before anyone breaks ground.

Honest status

Pre-revenue. No park is open, no ground is broken, and there are no visitor numbers, no signed-partner logos and no revenue figures to show you.

There are renderings and concept material in the world, and I am deliberately not putting them on this page — a picture of a resort that does not exist reads as a resort that exists. When there is something real to point at, it will be here, and it will be dated.

If this is your world

Partnership, development and investor conversations are welcome and are handled directly, not through a form.
